Miss Lexie began her ballet training at Kate Carol & Company Dance in Iowa City, Iowa. She attended this studio from elementary through high school along with summer intensives at Joffrey Ballet School (NYC) and Hubbard Street Dance (Chicago). Lexie attended the University of Iowa, where she taught at the University of Iowa Youth Ballet and completed a research practicum in dance history with Rebekah J. Kowal. Lexie has since taught at Nashville Ballet, Texas Ballet Theater, and Kansas City Ballet. She is excited to be back in Iowa and teaching at UIYB!
