Introduces students ages 2-6 to movement exploration structured appropriately for each age. The Children's Division classes include Wee Dance, Creative Movement, and Pre-Ballet.

Youth Ballet

Our Youth Ballet program consists of seven levels of ballet technique, pre-pointe, pointe, and provides students opportunities to perform. The curriculum is progressive so that as students grow, so do the demands of their classes.

Adult & Teen

Outstanding classes for teens and grown-ups of any age. Classes include Absolute Beginner Ballet, Continuing and Low-intermediate Ballet, Body Tone and Conditioning, Modern, RelaXercise, and Family Stretch and Move.

Serving the UI Community Since 1972

We enrich the lives of the people of Iowa by providing high-quality outreach that through artistic expression encourages the love of movement and nurtures its teaching.
