Alice (she/her) began her ballet training at the age of 2 here at UIYB. After jumping around the US a bit, she returned to dance here from age 10-16. She recently graduated from St. Olaf College with degrees in Dance and Sociology/Anthropology, where she trained in modern, West African, ballroom, ballet, improvisation, partnering, and many more international dance forms. She choreographed and performed in numerous works, notably with Urban Bush Women during their St. Olaf residency. While in college she served as Student Artistic Director for Veselica, the college international dance company, alongside Assistant Stage Managing and working with tech crew. Alice loves both dance and arts administration and is delighted to be back here at UIYB.
