Required Dress Code

For each class level, we invite students to choose the Option A or Option B uniform. 

If purchasing from Discount Dance, please use UIYB's promo code TP42039 to support the school. This helps by providing account credit when it comes time for the school to purchase costumes for performances.

Leotards: EGGPLANT or AUBERGINE. Select from these.

Tights: SKIN TONE or BALLET PINK. Any brand. Convertible style to transition from footless to footed. Tights are not required if bike shorts are worn.

Ballet flat shoes: SKIN TONE or BALLET PINK. Any brand. Split-sole preferred.

Skirt (optional): AUBERGINE

  • BLOCH - "Jaye" Mesh Skirt, Style No: R4211

  • BLOCH - Ballet Wrap Skirt, Style No: R9721

Bike Shorts (optional): BLACK. Minimum inseam 2" if worn without tights.

Undergarments: SKIN TONE. Required for performance.

  • Nude leotard

Please wear a maximum of two bottom layers with your leotard; i.e. tights alone, shorts alone, tights & skirt, tights & shorts, shorts & skirt.
